About Us

Adold Engineering Company Limited is an Engineering and Construction Development Company incorporated in 1976. We are registered under category ‘D’ (Major Contracts) with the Federal Ministry of Petroleum (DPR), PHCN and other various corporate organisations.

Since our inception in 1976, we have expanded to offer full range of services in engineering and management related to the construction industry. These services range from development studies and planning, complete engineering and design, to procurement construction and supervision.

Complete project management or any component of engineering and management services desired could be provided. Adold Engineering has become an integral part of Engineering and Construction Industry in Nigeria.

During our 30 years in business, we have successfully completed over 250 projects, included in this number are various works for Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited in Warri and Port-Harcourt, Chevron Texaco Unltd., Mobil producing Unltd., Central Bank of Nigeria, First Bank Plc, UBA Plc, Savannah Bank, Chartered Bank, National Bank, Ecobank Plc, Leadway Assurance, Rank Xerox, Wemabod Estate, Ajayi Crowther University,  Globacom Limited, Arevea T & D Nigeria Ltd, ARM Ltd etc.

Also, included are works for various government Agencies and parastatals like Estate Development for CBN in satellite Town, Lagos; Ilori, Karu, Wuse, Garki, Apo, Mabushi in Abuja. Commercial and Residential developments for FIIRO in Lagos, Estate Developments for NPA in Abuja, Lagos state Ministry of Works, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Defence etc. Most of Adold Employees have first hand experience in both design and construction; therefore we are able to offer the unique combination for state-of the-art projects.

Adold Engineering has the capacity to provide warehousing for the materials to be used on site and are well logistically positioned to deliver both personnel and materials to site without hitches.

Our Team

  1. Engr. A.O. Dina – Chairman
    Over 38 years of experience spanning designing, supervising of asphalt plants, road projects and building. He also has wide experience in engineering management and construction in oil producing communities having done several projects in the area. He has wide experience in handling projects of various government agencies and organisations.
  2. Seni Dina – Executive Director
    An upwardly mobile and dynamic goal getter. An experienced logistic expert. Trained in Ireland where he acquired experience in the construction supply chains. A man dedicated to achieving results on schedules.
  3. Adedayo Dina – Executive Director
    Ten years experience in both program management and operations management of IT services for a FTSE 100 firm on a Global Scale. This ranged from managing the effective delivery of financial services to client sites via effective monitoring, troubleshooting and escalation of incident, to managing key upgrades of global trading platforms using PMI knowledge areas: Change, Risk, Quality, Time and Communication Management.
  4. Moses A. Adediran – Director (Operations)
    Over Eighteen years of experience in engineering management and construction. Experience covers all phases of construction, building, civil works and roads. He has worked in all the geographical zones of the country. Expertise in site organisation, project scheduling anf project management. Experienced in building and managing highly motivated construction teams.
  5. Francis A. Ademowo – GM (Finance)
    An experienced financial manager. She worked with flour Mills of Nigeria Plc for 28 years before joining Adold Engineering in January 2012. She has wide experience in finance, administration and materials sourcing and procurements.
  6. Janet Hamman – Director facilities/Business development

    25 years experience in facility management, project management, hospitality, construction and general supplies
    Also has experience in the oil and gas sector .
    She has provided services to and executed contracts for IOCs and major multinationals from hospitality services to construction and supplies .

  7. Taiwo Adewunmi – Project Co-ordinator
    An engineer with over 13 years experience in the industry wit b wide use in the use of AUTO-CAD, CAD and other software applications for engineering. He combines unique skills of design with practical work experience on site.

    Has worked on diverse projects in the industry ranging from power stations, telecommunications sites to building and civil construction works. A gentleman but resolute in achieving goals.

  8. Samuel Olusina Erunkulu – Chief Quantity Surveyor
    A thorough bred professional of over 4 years experience in the building and construction industry. With experience in building economics and construction costs covering all phases of construction in building and civil engineering works.

    Has worked for several years in the UK before coming back to Nigeria, where he worked both as a Consultant and in construction companies. Registered quantity surveyor both in the UK and Nigeria. Member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity surveyor.

  9. Oloyede Olayemi Funmi – Senior Account Officer
    She functions as the senior account office in the firm. Associate Member of the Nigerian institute of management. (AMNIM)
  10. Ajiboye Adetoun – PA/ Snr Admin Officer
    With 7+ years progressive experience in administrative and operation capacity. She has handles all secretarial works, inclusive of preparation of bid documents. She has undergone intensive training in IT solutions for office applications. She works closely with all project team members to achieve administrative excellence on projects. A very good team member.
